Orders

Due to the nature of resale, any known flaws will be described.

All items are located in our retail shop in Silver Lake. Any items purchased on location, before items are prepared for shipment, will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Grow Kid Grow ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Grow Kid Grow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Grow Kid Grow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

Returns Policy

Sale and Clearance items are Final Sale.

We will issue store credit only for products returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date with original tags attached and receipt.  

Bring or send the items you'd like to return to our store located at 4310 W. Sunset Blvd, Angeles, CA 90029. Please include your order number and name in the package. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send an item back.
